509 Cycles Jabit III Ti Fat Bike Frame
The 509 Cycles Fat Bike features a 177x12 rear end, English threaded bottom bracket, a 44mm headtube and suspension corrected. The frame is made out 3/2.5 Double butted titanium to create a light/stiff frame. 509 designed there bike with a slightly higher bb to prevent pedal striking when riding technical single track, a steeper head tube angle for a more responsive feel and a narrow Q factor that can still clear 5" tires on a 100mm rim. Fat bikes see a lot of snow, sand and salt that can damage a frame, so we added a solid thru axle set up on our frame without all the bolts to attach the dropout. The bolts can seize together or come loose over time so by removing them we created a solid bike that was made to last.
